If they're some random soul that happens to be a fighter, and they have high stats you should really explain howw. i.e, even lower ranked Shinigami have years of formal training in hakuda, hoho, kido, and zanjutsu, so it stands to reason that some random, non-gotei person would not have their skill. If your character knows special techniques, HOW did they learn them? Where? People don't just magically know how to do this stuff. Random facts make random characters. Explain yoself.
