Academy AU: Absolve, First FightJo and Daisuke ditch their bags and instruments just as the first boy reaches them and brings his wooden bat up, pressing it into Daisuke's chest with a sneer. Daisuke has his hands up in defense, knowing it's too late to avoid a brawl. He winces when the bat is pressed harder into his sternum.

"Looks like I-" A blur of motion and a sharp crack! snaps the boy's neck around, interrupting him and sending him sprawling into the ground.

One down.

Daisuke stares down at Jo, whose arm has already been retracted, she's already settled into a fighting stance.

"Get your shit together Dai!" She hisses before the other eight boys descend on them.

Academy AU: Absolve part 5Class seems to drag on for everyone. Daisuke ditches first period as quickly as possible, avoiding Matthew and Nathan on his way out. He thinks he hears Nathan call out for him but ignores it, ducking his head and making a beeline for math.

He's moving so quickly he forgets to look down like usual, and slams into someone, sending them flying. He finally snaps to attention in time to see the girl land, legs up, forcing her skirt to ride up to her hips.

"Oh… shit…" Daisuke mumbles, but can't seem to move from the spot, staring at her green panties.

"Hey!!" The girl finally shrieks and springs to her feet, her short blonde hair whip

Academy AU: Absolve part 4Monday morning comes too quickly for Jo. The previous night was filled with a groggy, written-on-napkins explanation of what happened to her parents (and a fist-bump from her dad) and the discovery that she couldn't walk without limping heavily, having completely forgotten that she had taken a bat right above her knee.

Whoops. At least she had been able to make Sauria laugh by pointing out the bruise sort of looks like a giraffe.

At school, however, it didn't seem nearly as funny. She already had a reputation at school for being some sort of gangster among the general student population, and this certainly didn't help the rumors.
